Which has a better scope and why: Criminal Law or Company Law?

    If you want to earn from the very beginning of your career as a lawyer, company law is for you. Criminal law won't give you money. You need to practice for like 10 years to create some goodwill. But once you have created your name, life becomes easy for you.

    Hello everyone,
    Company/Corporate law and criminal law are both those branches of law which are highly preferred by lawyers today. You must been hearing of Mr. Ramjeth Malani who retired recently was a criminal lawyer and there are a no. of them. Also, corporate law is something which is an appealing branch of law. The corporate incorporation, winding up of a company, company tribunals is all ever growing.
    The recent amendments to the companies act has made the field more grievances arriving in future.
