    Hello everyone,
    Well, IPR and administrative laws are totally unrelated fields and thus, you can't really talk of their scope.
    With the new kind of property as intellectual property now being know by people, instance of patenting, trademarking branding, etc. is what every owner prefers and thus the field is attractive in today's world as there is a competition among producers and thus, no one wants anything to their detriment.
    Administrative law on other hand is related with constitution law and deals with issues arising out of administrative setup of India.

    Both the fields have a very wide scope. Ultimately, its you who can explore deeper. Intellectual Property Law is trending nowadays. Administrative Law became famous in 20th century. Both laws define different subjects and are difficult to compare. However, if this question is asked to compare earning possibilities, I would recommend Intellectual Property Law to be the one chosen
