Both the fields are pretty good. You shouldn't think about the scope. Go for the one in which you are interested. MBA operations is an evergreen field. On the other hand, the demand for innovation management is surely going to rise as more emphasis is being given to research nowadays.

Operations has a better scope as compared to innovation management and entrepreneurship. The major reason is that it is done by majority engineers. They will have both technical and managerial skills for their career development. The highlight of this course is that majority of engineers who are not able to get jobs after B.Tech or BE are going for MBA operations.
Innovation management is a small subject with less job prospects. Innovation Management always put forth new trends in the management world like product development, out of box approach etc. For an innovation management student, he /she should have good thinking capabilities.
