A Professional Diploma in Business Management has better career prospects. You can join WLCI who offer a PDBM with specialization in HR, marketing or Finance and an industry specific course structure. It is a reputed B-School that offers great traineeship programme and lucrative placements.
They recently launched a scholarship programme wherein students can avail up to 100% scholarship after clearing a test. The Last Day for Registration is 10th January, 2014 and you can apply at http://wlciadmissions.in/scholarship

Go for MCA rather than the certification courses. A MCA degree from a good college will fect you good placement and a bright career as well. Best of luck :)
