Which has better career prospects- PGDM or MBA?

Dear Benoi,
It is not clear why you are going to change your career path ! Also you have not mentioned in which brunch did you graduaaated.
If you are CSE/IT/EE/ECE Graduate then you could choose MBA in System/IT.
If you are petrolium or chemical graduate you can opt MBA in Oil & Gas/ Energy etc

Hi,
Please remember MBA degree is offered by universities, whereas PGDM is offered by AICTE approved institutes.
Both these course have almost the same course curriculum, so you may pursue any of these course.
However please remember while taking admission, your emphasis should be more on taking

The only difference between PGDM and MBA is that PGDM is introduced by those MBA colleges which is not affiliated by any university. Post graduate diploma in Management caries the same value just like masters degree. Top institutes like IIM's presents PGDM and other colleges provides Masters degree.
