Which has better job prospects: PGDM or MBA?

both are same and both for management so both give a best job

The institute needs to be reputed and within top 100 bschool list. No matter if it be pgdm or mba. But keep in mind generally the curriculum of pgdm are more updated than those of mba. Dont go with nomenclature. Pgdm and mba are same. Judge the reputation of college. All the best
