For the academic year 2019-2021, ASB reported a placement percentage of 100% for both B.Sc in Biotechnology and B.Sc in Microtechnology programs. The average salary offered to B.Sc in Biotechnology graduates was 6.2 lpa, while the the highest package offered was 18 lpa. For B.Sc in Microtechnology graduates, the average salary offered was 6.1 lpa, and the highest package offered was 16 lpa.

Firstly, As of 2023, Amrita School of Biotechnology has not yet revealed the results of placement details, However, the results of students getting placed are pretty good records with number of 80 % of students in the previous years. The top recruiters have been Agilent Technologies, Anthem Biosciences Private Ltd, Biocon And C_CAMP. Basically, the comparison for better placements is still not clear between BSc in Biotechnology or BSc in Microtechnology
