Which has better placement at NIELIT Shillong, ECC or ACC?

Nielit Shillong, located in Meghalaya offers long-term, short-term certificate, and other courses to students. The long-term course offered by the college is LTC-1: 'O' Level in IT (Software). The short-term courses offered by the college are ECC (Expert Computer Course), ACC (Awareness in Computer Concepts), BCC (Basic Computer Course), CCC (Course on Computer Concepts), PC Hardware, Networking &amp; Maintenance, Certificate course in Computerised Accounting with Tally, Certificate course in Office Automation and Soft Skills, and others.
