    Dear Ritika
Chandigarh University is of course better for B.Tech so far as placements are concerned. Continuous efforts are done by the management of Chandigarh University to invite top MNCs and they too succeed in their efforts as Microsoft, IBM and TCS like big brands come for campus recruitment. Students are well trained using special Soft skills and aptitude classes before they go for placement drives. As a matter of fact the students got more than one job offer letters and they choose the best among all offer letters. So I think Chandigarh University is the best for B.Tech.

Chandigarh University (CU) admissions are generally based on CUCET scores for most of the courses. Students need to appear for the test or submit scores of any other accepted exams as stated by the university. Hence, in some cases, you may get admission in CU without CUCET. The CUCET test is also a scholarship test and if you want to get the scholarship benefits offered by the university based on CUCET scores, then you will have to appear for the exam.
