    The fields you have mentioned are all somewhat different and offer different career prospects. Nobody can say that which has a better scope because that depends on your area of interest. Nevertheless, based on the industry trends and my understanding, the most demanding streams are Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. Rest (Bio, Nanotechnology and Astrophysics) have high an offering, but abroad. However, the point of caution is that if you really want to make a career in AI (the fundamental requirement is that you must have M.Tech or Ph.D (preferred).     Hello Amal Das, You have given list of all very interesting, the latest specialisations and asking for scope. Okay. Let me attempt. Astrophysics is comparatively old subject and it's scope is limited to research and hence if you are really fascinated & interested in research, you should not venture. Data Science has tremendous scope in the times to come. AI of course goes hand in hand with data Science and is being increasingly used.
