Which has better scope - Chemical engineering or Electrical engineering?
I am in B.Tech (1st year) Electrical at GNDEC. Last year I left B.Tech Chemical at NIT-J. My rank was 59000.

There is tremendous scope in every field. You should pursue a stream based on your career goal and the type of job you want to do.
