Which has better scope in India - Hotel Management or Animation and Visual Effects?

Please remember that you should pursue a stream based on two things : -your career goal -the type of job you want to do Find below few job avenues open in the animation field : -> Animation is a booming industry with wide job openings and you can work on full length animation movies or any other related fields such as television, advertising industry, etc. Some of the jobs offered in the industry are : • Content developer • Modeler • Story Broad Artist • Character animator • Background artist • Layout artist • 2D animator • Compositor • Editor -> Salary : Salary depends on various parameters such as size of the organization, profile, qualification, experience, etc. But, still, to give you a brief idea, • Junior animator or trainee : earn between Rs.10000 - 15000 per month. • With three to five years experience : earn between Rs. 25000 to 40000. • Well-experienced animator with good portfolio : earn between Rs. 50000 - 60000 per month. I could tell you that XYZ Institute is one of the best and go read online about it. I could tell you to search the youtube for 'best animation faculty' or 'best animation institute'. However these are only some of the methods of shortlisting. There is no such authentic one list of institutes that i can give you. All institute branches have same curriculum, like all states in India follow the same constitution. By same comparison all state progress differently and after a certain time the gap becomes huge. You could do well to create a list of places you may want to learn at, whether they are in your city or not. Then go to their websites and research about them, and even call them and talk to them. Try their website for more details. Typically go for a school which offers all the information including faculty on their website. Now shortlist some you want to visit. Do not hesitate to travel - this is about your life and career. After visiting those take a decision for yourself. Even if you have to travel to timbuctoo or chandigarh for that matter, it is important for your life, so do it.
