which has better scope- Ph.D(Marketing) /Ph.D (Management) / Ph.D (Business Communication)

i have done M.com & now want to do Ph.D . but i am confused about the subject of research.which has a better scope? i want to be lecturer after Ph.D. i am interested in marketing / management / business communication. i am unable to decide the field .please guide, i am very confused...
