Which has good scope B tech with computer science branch or B Sc with animation?

Probably computer science. While it might vary a little from department to department, learning CS will give you a good foundation for a career in animation (which is pretty much your only option if you want to make a career in animation). I would bet that you will be able to take many animation courses for CS electives, thus getting the best of both worlds (getting a good foundation through CS, following your interests and expanding your potential are the ways to get employed in animation).
