If you are interested in the technical field, go for M.Tech and if you are interested in the management of things, go for MBA. Talking about the demand, it totally depends on the skills that you hold. The skill sets for MBA and M.Tech are different, so you can get jobs according to that. Try to do M.Tech or MBA from the tops institutes only as there are already lots of candidates there in the market.

You can choose any of them. If you are good in technical field and invention then M.Tech is a good option for you. But if you have interest in business, strategy and management then MBA is the better option.

After B.Tech you can go for MBA because if you do MBA then you'll easily get absorbed by any company with handsome salary but if you are interested in research and all then go for M.Tech.

It completely depends upon you. If you want to see yourself in research, technical or teaching field then choose M.Tech, otherwise choose MBA.

Those are both very different fields to chose from. It doesn't compares as what is better and which one is not. It's actually about you, either you want to enter the technical field and solely rely on your subject and study it and do Masters in it to get a good job, or you take MBA which contains business studies and management studies which will land you in a different job that is not at all technical.

Both the courses are amazing but for MBA, fee is quite high. In MBA, you have to learn about business and for M.Tech you learn about technology. Both are In demand but I will suggest you to go for MBA but it is all up to you.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Tech is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.

MBA and M.Tech both will offer you what you are looking for (a good job with a good pay).
However, the choice should be based upon your interest rather than the money earned because five-six years down the line, you will be earning enough, but your job should be motivating enough to get you to work everyday.
So take a decision based upon your area of interest. M.Tech will provide an opportunity to expand your knowledge further in the field that you are currently in.
You will get a chance to explore and dig deeper into concepts that intrigued you in your graduation. Your technical skills will be enhanced and you can become a subject mat
