Which has more demand in germany mba or m.tech after b.tech.which earns more salary.

MBA is management degree. Without experience you can not expect a management job in Germany. You don't have Mtech in Germany. it is all specialised courses. See the list courses and then decide

M.Tech. however your stream matters more. computer Engg M.Tech has risks but Civil and Mechanical etc can get good.
