Which has more scope among IT(Information Technology) and CS(Computer Science)?

Both B.Tech CSE & IT degrees are equally good. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. Every engineering college gets best students in CSE because of demand. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job. Indian IT industry give only Apps development job to IT graduates. B.Tech CSE graduates may also get little better CTC in comparison to IT graduates if they are from reputed Engineering colleges.

Both the streams are subsystems of a single stream and have different and own plus points and unique values in the market. Computer engineering job openings for Software professionals are much higher in the corporate sector than in the public sector. Professionals can join as a junior programmer, database administrators, junior network managers, Data Analysts, Software Developers, Software engineers, Client-Server Systems managers, etc. In the initial stage. Students have job opportunities at organizations like IBM, Intel, HP, TCS, Dell, and many more in India and abroad. One is an excellent fit for the field if you are good at analysis, communication, and critical thinking. Math skills are essential, as is being detail-oriented. Information technology has career opportunities after B.Tech are good. IT Specialists are required in almost all range of employment fields such as finance, arts, medicine, defense, and other areas. Many opportunities are available in various IT firms all over India. Some of the leading IT Companies are Infosys, TCS, Wipro, Accenture, HCL Infotech, IBM, etc. This professional can get jobs in many public sector firms also. Some of the leading public sector firms are BSNL, ISRO, CDIT, CDAC, etc. Beneficial skills and attributes for this field include the ability to learn and memorize programming languages, the ability to handle multitasking, tech writing skills, and versatility. So for these two different engineering fields, value is not the important factor but the level of interest in a field is important. None of that matters. Both of the branches belong to IT sector. If you are getting admission in good institute then whichever branch you took, it will always have scope in future. Hence, always choose the institute first then if you have option of choosing branch then choose one which interests you the most. Choose your career based on your interest of the subject and topics. India is also home to many engineering colleges. Among them, there are more than 3000 engineering colleges in India offering B.Tech in Computer Science courses to the students. But not every college is tagged as the best. Geeta University is the best engineering college in Delhi/NCR for CSE. Computer Science nowadays has growing scope as more and more jobs and created for software developers and programmers on the other hand IT is a field of evergreen scope.

Both CS and IT are relatable and have almost equal opportunities but I suggest because of the forthcoming of IOT.
