Both B.Tech CSE & IT degrees are equally good. CSE graduates have a minor edge over IT graduates. Every engineering college gets best students in CSE because of demand. CSE graduates get both Apps and System development job. Indian IT industry give only Apps development job to IT graduates. B.Tech

None of that matters. Both of the branches belong to IT sector. If you are getting admission in good institute then whichever branch you took, it will always have scope in future. Hence, always choose the institute first then if you have option of choosing branch then choose one which interests you

Both CS and IT are relatable and have almost equal opportunities but I suggest because of the forthcoming of IOT.
