Both the courses are good for pursuing MBA. If you pursue B.Com, then you will have strong common topics like Financial Accounting, Financial Analysis, and Reporting, Business Mathematics, Principles of Marketing, Macroeconomics, Business Environment, Consumer Affairs, Personal Selling, and Salesman
