Which has more scope in terms of placement- B.Tech in CSE or B.Tech in IT?

    See, CSE includes moth software and hardware whereas IT includes only software. In terms of placements, CSE is most preferred over IT. Also CSE includes subjects like machine learning, networking etc which are very critical in many companies. CSE would even open up your scope for research based firms like Apple Technology center, Google, Microsoft R&D where apart from coding other in depth knowledge of computer systems is required. In IT, mostly you would be placed as a tester or developer. But CSE has much more opportunities than that.

    In IT, you get basic knowledge of computer and software but in CSE you get the knowledge of hardware and software in depth.
