Which HR practice is considered best in terms of salary, position, scope, promotion, etc.?

First and foremost, your CGPA. Students with highest CGPA get first opportunity in the first round where higher salary paying organisation takes interview and second your presentation and personality, performance during interview.

Yes, I understand, but I just wanted a guidance to choose the right topic. Rest I could do that myself. I think performance appraisal would be a better option if I wanted to take HR and finance as my specialization in MBA. What do you say?
