Many IHMs offer diplomas in bakery and confectionery courses, but not all of them offer diploma programs in the department of food production, particularly in baking. According to me, IHM Pusa is best for a diploma in bakery and confectionery. In India, there are a lot of IHMs that have good bakeries, but not all of them offer Diploma programmes in the department of food production, particularly in baking. According to my understanding and the verifiable testimonials of my college friends who are currently employed in hotels, IHM pusa and IHM Kolkata (where I went to college) do a fair job of educating students about the food industry, the Science behind it, and practical skills in bakery and confectionery.
