Which IHM will I get IHM, Bangalore or IHM,Chennai? Which one offers best placements? My rank in NCHMCT is 1299 and scored 70% in 12th.

You'll be eligible for IHM-Bangalore and IHM-Chennai both. -
First of all, that depends upon in which part of the country you are residing and yes I applaud that you have scored good rank you can easily get IHM, Bangalore or IHM, Chennai because both the colleges used to have a cut-off of 1500 for the general category. So you are eligible for the same. Both the colleges provide the best placement. But IHM, BBangalore's hostel is quite far from the campus.
