Which IIIT is the best: Sri City, Pune, Dharwad, Kurnool, Kanchipuram, Nagpur and Kottayam?

Till now I think IIIT DHARWAD is best as it's construction started for own campus and Sudha Murty is also present in Board of Governors. Pune comes after that, then Sri City, Nagpur,Kottayam and at last Kurnool.
