Which IIIT or NIT will I get with 28000 CRL rank in JEE Mains? I want IIITs mainly.

It depends on your home state quota, but you can get top 15 NITs except some top most NITs with other state quota as well. And with your CRL you can get IIITs like UNA, KOTA, and PUNE
