Which IIT college for CE is best for me and which IIT college give me admission in computer engineering?

I got 60% in PCM at Gujarat board, 86 in JEE Mains and my JEE Advanced SC rank is 1072.

all old IIT ARE GOOD IIT Delhi is best

not included in top -10 so Delhi and Mumbai are good but IIT is IIT so if you don't have other options then you can choose
