IIT Madras
IIT KGP
IIT Guwahati
IIT Hyderabad
IIT Roorkee, ISM Dhanbad, IIT-BHU (and new IITs). .

1. IIT Madras
2. IIT Bombay
3. IIT Delhi
4. IIT Kharagpur
5. IIT Roorkee.

According to me, all the IITs are good to pursue CSE. However, here is a ranking for you to decide:
1. Indian Institute of Technology – Bombay.
2. Indian Institute of Technology – Delhi.
3. Indian Institute of Technology – Madras.
4. Indian Institute of Technology – Kanpur.
If you wish to pursue an industry-aligned CSE course with a specialization, then you can opt for private universities like:
1. DTU – Delhi.
2. UTM – Shillong.
