Hello there, All the IITs are best for CS and IT. There is not difference between IITs. All the IITs have a good scope. So, you can go for any IIT. Regards.

All the IITs are good, but IIT-Madras, IIT-Bombay, IIT-Kharagpur, and IIT Kanpur are having an upper hand.
