Hi, IIT has nothing to do with the financial background. If you are making to IIT, various scholarships and various educational loans/ sponsorships are available The best ranked IITs are: IIT Madras IIT Mumbai IIT Delhi IIT Roorkee However, any of the old IITs are good.
