Sorry, there is no marine engineering course for B.Tech in any IITs and NITs. You can study naval architecture and ocean engineering from IIT Kharagpur & IIT Madras respectively. NIT Karnataka provide this course too. But, if you wants to have higher study then there is an option to get M.Tech in marine engineering from NIT Karnataka.
