    Dear Kapil,
    Mostly all IITs & PSU's conduct PI & GD for taking admission & for the job. This year BSNL is recruiting 2500 JTOs so here there will not be any personal interview or GD.

    Mainly, all the IITs and PSUs conducts the GD and PI for the electrical engineering, as this is the only way to get to know about the candidate and his/her confidence level.
