Hi,
Below mentioned are the important topics:
1. Mathematics: AP, GP, conic section, probability, algebra, calculus and 3D geometry.
2. Physics: Modern physics, gravitation, unit and dimension, work, electrostatic and optics.
3. Chemistry: States of matter, thermodynamic, equilibrium, chemical bonding, solid states, hydrogen, S and P block elements.

The question paper for JEE Mains examination is prepared by giving equal weightage to all sections of the syllabus. Therefore, I would suggest you to focus on all the topics rather than differentiating between them.
