All NITs accept JEE Mains result for admission into their various branches. Also, various private colleges accept JEE Mains result for admission into some seats of their college like BHU, MMM, etc. The list of colleges is exhaustive. It would be better to look for such colleges according to the area

All the government universities accept JEE Mains rankings but for IIT, you are required to qualify JEE Advanced too. Hello Abhishek, JEE Mains if one clears, then it paves the way for admission to any of the NIT's or centrally funded institutions. But for entry into IIT one has to clear JEE Advanced.
