Which institute is better among BIT Mesra, Ranchi and NIT, Jamshedpur? Is there any fee waiver for ST candidates in BIT Mesra?

According my sense, you have to go through NIT-Jamshedpur (me also a student of this college). If you want to get better placement, then you have to choose NIT-Jamshedpur. And, fee of NIT-Jamshedpur is less then BIT-Meshra for ST students. If you want Good infrastructure then you should choose BIT- Meshra.
