How are you?
All the three colleges are good for engineering, but in Rajasthan, according to the latest survey, top three colleges are as follows:
1) SKIT
2) JECRC
3) POORNIMA.
As far as placement and skill development is concern SKIT is best among all due to following reasons:
NBA affiliated
Highest placement record
Highly equipped lab
Running of various club according to your interest.
As VGU is not a top college, it is a good college.
Also, JECRC & SKIT are good for final placement.
