Auto sector is booming in general barring a few hiccups, all the names mentioned in the question are doing pretty well, I would rate BITs on top some old NITs on second and VIT at third place among them. If you get through the BITs, then it is really great, but p [er chance you are not ble to get it, then don't settle for mid range mediocre institutions, I would suggest to go for LPU which is a great place to be at a very reasonable fee structure but fabulous placements. Automobiles is a highly sought after domain in LPU. Well, BITS, NIT and VIT are good Universities that offers automobile branch but that depends on the JEE Mains or percentile one scores. But I could explore the opportunities for you about LPU. I have my relative who is pursuing a B.Tech there.
