For Bachelor in design course, LPU is better than JDIFT. Reasons are great infrastructure, numerous opportunities, good placements, top college in North, global exposure. I'll personally recommend taking admission in LPU. -

I will advice you to finalise the institute which provides students with extensive input in both the design and technology which is necessary to begin a career in fashion industry. I am not much aware of JDIFT but have much more information about LPU from the Alumni's of the department. Yes, LPU conducted LPUNEST entrance test for its various programmes. However, it depends upon in which stream you want to take admission. For many UG/PG programmes such as btech, B.Sc agriculture, law, management etc. test is mandatory for both admission and scholarship purpose. For some other courses such as computer application, BBA, hotel management, Bsc IT, commerce, arts etc. test is only for scholarship purpose .
