Which institute is better for B.Tech CSE among NIT, Delhi and PEC, Chandigarh?

NIT Delhi is newly established college and started it's functioning in year 2010-2011. Hence, it's outcomes are still awaited. While PEC Chandigarh is well established India's the oldest college ( Since 1921). The placement record of PEC is very healthy, so my choice is PEC.
