As per my POV, Chandigarh University is best for engineering and I would like to tell you that they doesn't offer B.Tech CSE, they offer B.E. which is actually a great option. B.E. focuses more on the Science and technical aspects of engineering. This makes it very useful for students who are into research or planning to go for higher studies.
