Both institutes are good for B.Tech in CSE. Both universities are good for engineering courses in Punjab. Hi,
I think B.Tech in LPU with CSE would be a better option as you will get more exposure in LPU as compared to RIMT.
Faculties for CSE dept. in LPU are from IITs and NITs and are Ph.Ds.
Also, the campus life of LPU is awesome.
