Which institute is better for B.Tech under IPU amongst MSIT, MPIT and BVOCE?

There is no 'best branch' tag in any college. The one in which you have a keen interest would do well for you and just go for it. College would be a mere name on your resume and everywhere else. The highlighter would always be your interest in that particular branch.
