Selection of an institution is most challenging task now-a-days. I am unaware about the details of the programme for DIT but can throw some light on the programme floated by LPU as one of my neighbourer took admission in LPU's CSE last year. She told that university offers the following: 1. International tie-ups with more than 200 countries 2. Developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students 3. I had same question when i was seeking the place for my higher studies. i am an alumni of LPU and My real brother is also LPU passed out with CSE .From infrastructure to faculty members. LPU is better if you have sufficient fund for it. Because it is too much costly than DIT. DIT is also a better option but at some point LPU beats DIT. So, if have no problem of fund than go for LPU otherwise choose DIT.

DIT Dehradun: Placements: There is a great scope of placements in this college. Many companies come to this college like HCL, Dell, Amazon and many more. Last year, a package of 2.5 million was given to two of the students, both were offered by Amazon. It is one of the rare colleges which provides placement in Google. 2. Infrastructure: The college has great infrastructure. The classrooms are well furnished and well maintained. The college has a good quality speaker installed in class for a better experience. The hostel facility is very good with over 7000 seats, hostel mess is one of the best in the region. 3. Faculty: The faculty are as good as any other colleges in the state. The course curriculum is specially designed for the better understanding of the student. The curriculum, in fact, plays an important role in the overall development of students. The faculty is very helpful and also always gives extra time to each and every student. LPU: Infrastructure: The infrastructure is excellent with 24 hours of Wi-Fi in the hostels and institute areas. Apart from this, a LAN connection is also there in the hostel with well-equipped library and classrooms (with AC, projectors, etc.). The university has state of the art infrastructure. But being alumni of LPU, I can provide you with the details of BTech in CSE at LPU only instead of DIT Dehradun. There are some points I would like to share about why CSE is good for LPU.
