Selection of an institution is most challenging task now-a-days. I am unaware about the details of the programme for DIT but can throw some light on the programme floated by LPU as one of my neighbourer took admission in LPU's CSE last year. She told that university offers the following: 1. International tie-ups with more than 200 countries 2. Developing analytical, communication and decision making skills of students 3. Students are encouraged to undertake assignments/project work from the industry 4. Exposure to Students :Cloud computing, IoT, Data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data and many more 5. International Exposure Option to the students to study fro four weeks. 6. Good placements The brands such as Microsoft, Google, Oracle, Amazon, Cognizant Technology Solutions, TCS, Tech Mahindra, Amdocs, Capgemini, Verizon, SAP Labs, Hitachi Power, Videocon, L&T Technology Services, Ericsson, HCL Technologies, Asahi India, Ceasefire Industries, Sandhar Technologies, Indus tower, Decathlon Sports, Exide Industries etc. have visited to recruit students at good packages. I will advice you to plan the admission at the earliest or maximum by 30-6-2020 because LPU floats scholarships on various parameters but date of admission also matters. I had same question when i was seeking the place for my higher studies. i am an alumni of LPU and My real brother is also LPU passed out with CSE .From infrastructure to faculty members. LPU is better if you have sufficient fund for it. Because it is too much costly than DIT. DIT is also a better option but at some point LPU beats DIT. So, if have no problem of fund than go for LPU otherwise choose DIT.
