Which institute is better for CSE among MNIT-Jaipur and Thapar University-Patiala in terms of packages?

Hi Naman,
Since, NITs are most preferred over any private colleges, so you must try for NITs first, because of the respectable degree. Considering CSE branch, Thapar University is also very good as you may get more facilities in Thapar as compared to comparing to MNIT.

No doubt, MNIT-Jaipur has a name and most of the students prefer to go for that, but Thapar Institute is also not a bad choice. CSE programme in comparatively has the best placement record till yet at Thapar Institute and the package is also quite good. So don't stress yourself much, you can go for Thapar Institute as it is also a reputed institution with well-equipped labs, faculty and infrastructure.

I agree with Archit, for CSE, Thapar University is indeed a best choice among the two. First the department of computer Science engineering has the best placement record in Thaphar and second the faculty and facility.
You must not think twice before opting for Thapar University.
