The students are encouraged to undertake assignments/project work from the industry and work towards finding possible solutions to integrate their theoretical knowledge with industrial practices. Students are provided in-depth knowledge to the students through department electives in computer networks, artificial intelligence, databases and information systems as well as computer programming and algorithms. In addition to this students are floated minor electives, training electives and over and above the pathway electives. Students are exposed too the fields like cloud computing, IoT, data Science, Machine Learning, Big Data and many more. Himanshu, LPU is one of the best universities in the country with world class infrastructure, modern facilities and highly qualified faculty from IITs, IIITs, NITs, etc. High tech MAC lab.s have been set up for the benefit of students. The university is having tie ups with many foreign universities and reputed companies thus facilitating higher education abroad and good placements respectively for their students. CSE is one of the branches in LPU having wonderful placements. Most of our students get placed in reputed companies with few opting for higher studies. Special inputs in the form of placement classes are given to students to hone their skills and prepare them for placements. Students also go for on-job training (OJT) where they are paid stipend too. The university leaves no stone unturned to shape the future of its students. It is definitely the first choice of both national and international students.

My cousin brother has completed same course from Lovely Professional University, Reviews are pretty good. Well, the study of CSE in LPU is very good. I did MBA from LPU and one of my friend's younger brothers is also studying over there in B.Tech CSE. There are a few parameters I would like to share with you why CSE is good at LPU. Great Placement: LPU has a good placement record for CSE students. Every year more than 500+ companies including national and multinational companies visit LPU for placement. A few of them are Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, etc. In which they are placed. The maximum package availed for CSE is 42 LPA. PEP Classes- LPU provides placement classes to all the students from the very first year who opt for the placement. These classes help students for placements so that they can get selected in the pre-final year because the companies will start visiting for the recruitment of students from a pre-final year. Some of the students go for internships also in their final year. The Knowledge Review has rated LPU as the 10th best Training & Placement Institution in India. Industry Tie-ups: B.Tech in CSE has tie-ups with industries such as IBM, Intel, Xebia, Upgrade. Comptia, Transorg, Geeksforgeeks, etc. That help students to explore themselves more in their field. Dear Himanshu, My friend is studying B.Tech in CSE from LPU. So, based on her experience I recommend LPU for the CSE programme. LPU offers various degree programmes in the CSE domain such as Diploma, B.Tech, M.Tech, and Ph.D. Highly qualified faculty. Several specializations in the CSE such as Cyber Security, AI, ML, Cloud Computing, Data Science, etc. The highest package for the programme is 42 LPA. In LPU, every year more than 90% of students are placed for CSE branch in many MNCs such Amazon, Code Nation, Infineon, etc. LPU provides many scholarships for bright and innovative students. A-one infrastructure- All the facilities are available on the campus. You do not need to go outside in case of any need such as food, hospital, indoor/Outdoor sports stadium, etc. I hope this helps Thanks!
