Which institute is better for diploma niit or iifca?

This time i m in bcom 1 year n want to do a side course so i m thinking to apply in iifca or niit so plz can u suggest me that which one is better? N also can u tell me any other course which i can do with this.in future i want to apply bank PO exam.n i got 80% in 10th n 75% in 12th.
