I would recommend JNU as my brother completed his MCA from there and now he is working in Infosys for last 2 years. JNU is UGC approved and DEB approved university so there is no doubt about approvals.

It will be advisable to go for Institutes that have an established brand name and good industry interface go for Symbiosis NMIMS or Welingkar for the distance MBA as these colleges have a very good reputation in the market and will be beneficial for you in the future
