    1. SEE both the colleges have their own pros and cons, and I cant tell you about PCE Chandigarh. However, in my personal opinion, UPES is an excellent university offering excellent opportunities to students2. Be it the state-of-the-art infrastructure, highly qualified faculty, or the impressive placement record, UPES has almost everything that makes it one of the top universities in India.

    SEE both the schools have their own upsides and downsides, and I cannot educate you concerning PCE Chandigarh. However, I may propose to go for Chandigarh University on the grounds that UIE, Best Engineering College in Punjab, is remarkable in drawing its solidarity and inspiration from the uncommon support given by first class blue-chip global organizations.
