Which institute is better for pursuing B.Tech computer Science: UPES or Graphic Era?

Hi, B.Tech admission in UPES (UGC approved and etsblished under state legislature) Dehradun are based on UPES-EAT (Entrance exam) conducted by university. While admission in Graphic era ( A deemed to be University) are done on the basis of JEE rank and 12th marks. While going through the infrastructure, placement and other facilities, The UPES have little bit advantage over Graphic era. Hence in my opinion UPES is better.
