Hello! Being an Alumni of LPU, I would say LPU has it all for a perfect learning especially for engineering, be it any branch. I did my CSE from LPU and many of my friends were enrolled in B.Tech IT. I can not comment anything about CU. To be honest, the word best is very subjective. It all depends from person to person. There are various factors that will go into making an institute the best for you. Academics is clearly a priority, but there are also other aspects such as facilities for research, affordability, placement opportunities and so on.
