RIIM Pune will be the best option for pursuing MBA in terms of Placement and other factors as well. Apart from placement RIIM's Course Structure is Purely Practical based and it is very demanding in the market. They are providing MDP programme from IIM Indore along with MBA & PGDM programme. All the reputed companies visit RIIM and recruit students. The companies offer good package to the students. The average package is 5.5-6.5 lac and maximum is 13-14 Lac. For example following companies visit on regular basis for recruitment-
Capgemini, JK Tyre, CCD, Khadim's, Furlenco, Extramarks, Homesfy. In, Tech Mahindra, HARMAN, Magicbricks, pan

They also provide you with extra certification courses in business analytics, six Sigma, advanced Excel, system application programme, in digital marketing and management development programme. According to my, in the above-mentioned colleges, I can say that RIIM Pune has a better placement rather than IMS Ghaziabad. The school offers a great return on investment as the highest salary offered to the batch was 14 Lacs per annum with an average of 6.5 Lacs per annum and 100 percent placements recorded for almost all the batches which have passed out till now. Similar is the placement record for IMS Ghaziabad but the learning and kind of exposure you get at RIIM would be better. All the practical exposure they are giving to the students, which is preparing well the students for the Placement. RIIM offers collaboration Programme

Both the colleges are good. But being a student of RIIM Pune I can say that RIIM is best in some of the fields, like placement, course structure and ROI. RIIM is having a dedicated placement team which is taking care of all the factors like Placement readiness, training on GD & PI, Confidence building and off course good placement in reputed companies. The course structure of RIIM Pune is something I like the most, apart from Pune University MBA programme and PGDM programme they have included Employability and MDP along with it so the courses have become more vibrant. RIIM is offering average package of INR 6-7 lac in a very affordable
