IEM will be better in terms of facilities but there are a few things you need to know. IEM provides BBA on Gurukul campus, not on their main campus. And a lot of students will be studying there along with you. Placement is assured.
BP Poddar also provides BBA degree and it also assures placement. Education wise, both are same but IEM is extra in terms of events and curricular activities.

BBA from IEM is much better. Being a student of the college, I must say the faculty is much nice. Regarding placements, it holds a good record. You might pursue an MBA from IEM too.
